It’s a well known fact that women are different from men. However, medicine doesn’t always reflect this. For a long time, no distinction was made between the sexes in the medical world. Medicinal products must be tested for efficacy and side effects before they are approved, but most of these tests are only performed on men.
Women’s lives, on the other hand, are much more influenced by cycles and the associated female hormones. Women do not have the same health strengths and weaknesses as men, so why should women take exactly the same medication as men?
Energy of a Woman
Women are under enormous pressure these days. Many women have gentle qualities, which can be used as a source of strength and thus increase their well-being.

If a woman is in harmony with her female energy, this can bring great advantages. She feels full of strength and creativity, is relaxed, fulfilled, has arrived in life and in her midst. She also feels comfortable in the company of other women and does not perceive them as competitors.
She is also more relaxed, respectful and loving towards men. If there is no harmony with the female energy, this can lead to stress, exhaustion, a feeling of emptiness and burn-out, as well as loneliness and bitterness.
Energy Recharge
Conscious relaxation helps to recharge the female energy. It is the basis in which the female energy can blossom and flow. Nowadays, however, it is difficult to consciously take time off, as we are marked by pressure to perform. This is precisely why it makes sense to treat oneself to peace and quiet in everyday life, be it cuddling with the cat on the couch or a spa visit.
Nutrition plays an enormously important role. By consuming three or more portions of fruit and vegetables a day, it is possible to reduce physical stress.
Furthermore, the supply of various nutrients helps. Folic acid, for example, helps to reduce fatigue and exhaustion and supports the normal function of the psyche. Selenium protects the cells from oxidative stress. Zinc supports the normal metabolism and the maintenance of strong defenses.
